The present study explores the educational methods of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to elucidate the pedagogical dimensions of the Prophetic tradition. The objectives of this research are to identify the practical pedagogical methods employed by the Prophet and to examine their applicability within contemporary educational systems, particularly in light of the moral and social crises faced by modern Muslim societies. Using a descriptive–analytical method, the study relies on authentic hadith, historical, and exegetical sources for data collection and analysis. The method enables a systematic examination of the Prophet’s educational practices as reflected in the Prophetic tradition. The results indicate that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) utilized diverse educational methods in nurturing his followers, including question-and-answer, encouragement and motivation, knowledge and wisdom, admonition and reminders, implicit instruction, analogy and metaphor, leniency instead of severity, avoidance of extremism, instilling hope and reassurance, practical role modeling, consideration of individual differences, and the use of love and compassion. These methods can be synthesized into three fundamental axes: deep attachment to the Qur’an, embodiment of values in the Prophet’s life, and respect for the human dignity of learners. The findings suggest that applying these Prophetic educational methods can provide an effective model for cultivating committed, responsible, and balanced individuals, while also contributing to the advancement and reform of contemporary educational systems and practices.
