Role of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education

چکیده

Artificial intelligence paves the ground for students to receive feedback immediately regarding their language skills. Besides, it provides the opportunity for teachers to save their time and focus on other aspects of teaching. Artificial intelligence is influential in teaching and learning process and it helps both teachers and students. Artificial intelligence is not a new phenomenon but it has recently become common in Afghanistan. That is why some Afghan teachers do not use artificial intelligence in their classes and the students are not familiar with the use of AI. Hence this paper is a review paper aiming to provide detailed literature review on artificial intelligence, its role in education, benefits and challenges and the solutions AI provide to the challenges associated with education.
